Because of RPG Maker's compiler, you will probably need RPG Maker 2003 or at least the RTP. The RTP is the system graphics,
and you can't play a game without it. Generally, it's hard to find the RTP if you can at all, although a friend of mine
managed to, but if you are American, Enterbrain won't do anything if they catch you with RPG Maker 2003. But if
you're into doing the right thing, it's a good thing I have the RTP.
RPG Maker 2003 was never released to the Americans, so Enterbrain cannot do anything if an American pirates it,
and they probably won't want to with XP out. (I hate RPG Maker XP. You have to download a bunch of scripts just
to get all the features as 2003.) I will include a search the puts you in a position to find it fast, and I will try to
keep five links open. If any of these links are down, put it on the form below the links.
which one. For instance, if download #2 says, "This page is not available," Type, "#2," or, "2", or something.
And now, the four direct links:
Link 1(System GFX. Legal)
Link 2
Should none of those links work, you can search for RPG Maker through one of these searches.
(You can search for whatever you want; but these got me results in the past.)
Pre-set Search 1
Pre-set Search 2
Oh, and if you find something, please put it on the form. :-) Thank you.
(Quite frankly, I'd recommend downloading Morpheus, as you can find most software very
easily on there. It's much quicker than google. However, the free edition has porn and banner ads, and I don't know how to
remove it, but don't worry; it won't do any damage, it won't slow down your computer. Well, it will if it takes up the last
of your disk space.. I personally cannot install it on my computer because I don't have Visual C++ run-times.)
And, once you're done with that, go look at the games.
Enjoy!
