Here is a screenshot for the game I am making for Mayra and Andres. In this update, I have the rift. I also used some special effects (an example shown on Player 2, when he gets the speed power up) to enhance the game. The two numbers represent points. As the game goes on, there will be three different modes to choose from. There will also be powerups, based off the game "Metal Warriors." I personally loved that game when I was younger. It has great multiplayer value, and my brother and I would fight eachother. He usually beat me, but I still had fun off it. However, although this CAN be programmed to play off the keyboard, keyboard input on multiplayer is known for it's problems. Press more than two buttons at a time and the others stop working. This is why the joystick is important. I don't want to spend hours on making this game to have the two people I made it for give up because the game doesn't heed half their commands. It defeats the whole purpose. That is why Mayra / Andres needs the joystick.
